Reviews

"I had a UTI and was immediately prescribed Ciprofloxacin by my doctors because I am quite allergic to Sulfa drugs in general. I was amazed how it very easily took care of my UTI. I got off the prescription about a couple days ago and now I'm feeling better than ever. However, during the medication, I felt pretty tired, achy and have had nightmares several nights. I didn't feel particularly well on the drug, but it sure did the job."

"Test came back, had a UTI. I also had one 3 weeks ago, so my doctor figured it would be a great idea to bring me up to speed. I have been on Cipro for about 3 days now and I feel like I have the flu. Lots of body aches, dizzy feeling. I should have read the side effects on the label, later I found out this box has black box warning. I instantly called my doctor and told him this isn't going to help, and asked him if there was any other way to get rid of this infection without having to go through aches."

"I have been on this medication a lot of times for UTI and it has always done the job for me. I have had no side effects whatsoever. Right now, I am on for bladder infection and I could feel relief within just the first few hours. It's amazing."

"It is absolutely terrible. It felt like I was having some sort of a seizure, rapid heartbeat, extreme dizziness and uncontrollable shaking."

"I am a 37 year old American man and have been on Cipro dosage since the past week. I honestly dislike meds, but I am very grateful that my trips to the toilet every other minute is no more an agony now. People have really exaggerated but it sounds like as if they took a leaflet and jotted down all the side effects."

"I don't think I'm ever taking anything from this class of antibiotics. This was the first time I was exposed to it and unfortunately it didn't cut if for me. The side effects are still being experienced even after stopping the usage."

"I'd been suffering from gastroenteritis, so I took Cipro for straight 7 days. Contrary to what most people claim, I've had no side effects trouble my condition. The best part about the prescription was that it stopped symptoms within two days."

"Can barely function at all after having consumed 2 pills. I feel very dizzy, and couldn't even get off a chair or bed to get across the room. I almost fell over backward onto the floor. Evil side effects."

"I had a UTI and was prescribed Cipro 250 mg twice every day for 10 days. The frequency and aches drastically went down on day three. After day four, I started feeling normal. The only trouble I had during the medication was itching. This medicine performs differently based on what you are suited to, so it is very important to get an approval from your personal doctor before you get on it."

"I was treated for a UTI with Cipro; I followed the routine as prescribed exactly. Within first three days I began having symptoms. I switched to something else, but the same symptoms occurred regardless. Just more severely this time around. I honestly had to stop the medication for a couple days, or it felt like I had to rush to an emergency room, I felt like it was the end. However, the week I was on Cipro was enough to cure me from UTI. I also recovered from the symptoms after about three days."

"I mostly saw benefits from the medication. There was rapid pain relief from the UTI within the first week. The symptoms also disappeared along with the pain. I completed my medication to make sure to prevent it from reoccurring. I've also had my friend take the medication, but apparently it didn't suit him well enough. He had to discontinue the medication because of it, so in a nutshell, it's not for everyone."
